Registration
Each participant should send a registration in advance to attend the conference. Registration is only valid with full advance payment of the registration fee. A copy of the bank draft or the Credit Card Authorization Form should be sent along the registration as a proof of payment.

Upon receipt of your registration the Conference Secretariat send you an official confirmation.
Methods of payment
Registration fees and hotel deposit must be paid to the Conference Secretariat in advance, either by bank transfer or by credit card mail order. Each payment should be made in Euros only.

Credit card mail order
VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express cards are accepted. Complete the » Credit Card Authorization Form and return it by fax or by mail to the Registration Secretariat.
Please do not send credit card details via E-mail as we need your signature for the authorization! The Conference Secretariat issues taxable invoice on each payment.
