This Masterclass is designed for Hand Surgeons, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, and Neurosurgeons who want to improve their knowledge and technical skills in surgery of the Spastic Upper Limb / / and Physiatrists, Neurologists, junior Medical Students, Physio- and Occupational Therapist who want to increase their awareness of the possibilities of the surgical treatment for the Spastic Upper Limb.

    • Live demonstration of surgical techniques by the Faculty

    • Constant supervision by a faculty member

ATTENTION

Please be aware that the number of participants for the lab workshop (Surgeon registration) is limited to 24 and registrations will be approved on a first-come first-serve basis.

Registration as observer entitles the participant to attend all the scientific sessions and observe the dissections from another room of the building via video transmission. Kindly note that it’s currently not possible to stream the dissections outside the building.

How to register

Before registering online,

  • Please choose the appropriate registration fee.
  • Invited speakers will receive separate specific instructions.
  • Registration needs to be made online
  • Payment with credit card or by bank transfer
  • Please enter the final billing name and address. CAUTION: It will not be possible to change it later.
  • Upon receipt of your registration and payment, the Workshop Secretariat will email you an electronic invoice summarizing all registration details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amount.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

AMEX cards: Payment with AMEX card is only possible in a traditional mail order way. In this case please return the Credit Card Authorization Form with your card details.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Catering costs

Registration fees include catering (coffee break, lunch, dinner). In line with the Hungarian tax regulations the prices of these catering services should be displayed on the invoice separately. Therefore the registration fees will be displayed on invoices in two separate rows: registration fees and catering costs included on the registration fee.

For those participants who fail to show the certificate at the venue entering the conference premises will be denied.

All participants are required to review the entry conditions to Hungary and obtain the necessary papers on time before the event. Registration fees will not be returned in case of the lack of appropriate documentation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form to Asszisztencia Kft.

Cancellation of registration: If cancellation arrives
before 15 September 2021  80% refund will be made
after 15 September 2021  no refund is available, though substitution in person will be accepted.

COVID specific cancellation conditions:
Participants can request a 100% registration fee refund if their country of origin requires quarantine upon return from Hungary.
100 % refund is provided if Hungary prohibits entry from the participant's country of origin or requires quarantine upon re-entry.
Should the course be postponed the participant's registration will be automatically carried forward to the new date. If the new date does not suit the participant, the registration fee will be fully refunded.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.
