Invoicing

A taxable invoice will be issued on all payments. Please add the billing address details correctly.

Meals included

Due to tax regulations the amount of catering costs need to be displayed on invoices when registration fees include meals. Please see meeting website for more information on what is included in the registration fees.

Cancellation

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, sent to the registration office.

80% refund of the paid registration fee will be made if written cancellation note is received before
