Cancelling registration fees

Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise Asszisztencia Congress Bureau of a change of name.
A written notification is required for all cancellations. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Cancellation of registration

If cancellation arrives
» before 30 May 2015 » 80% refund will be made
» after 30 May 2015 » no refund will be made

Cancellation of hotel reservation

If cancellation arrives
» before 08 June 2015 » 80% refund will be made
» after 08 June 2015 » no refund will be made

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status, conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after the above deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However, substitution in person is always welcome.

Cancellation of the conference

Asszisztencia Ltd. (Organizing Secretariat) reserves the right to cancel the conference or associated function at any time due to a lack of registrations or any other unforeseen circumstances at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation by Asszisztencia Ltd., we will refund the full value of the registration fees already received by Asszisztencia Ltd. from you. Asszisztencia Ltd. will not be liable for any other direct, or indirect costs and expenses (such as travel, accommodation and other associated costs) incurred by you as a result of any such cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation of the conference or a function by Asszisztencia Ltd. we will use reasonable endeavours to contact you personally, through your contact details given to us at the time of booking, we will also give notice of any cancellation through the conference website, you should check this website regularly prior to the relevant event or function for up-to-date information.
