Registration and Payment
Registration Each participant wishing to attend the congress should register in advance. For registration:
please return the Registration Form to the Congress Secretariat duly filled in with the requested details download
or use the on-line registration form link
Confirmation Each registration will be confirmed by return. Only confirmed orders are final and reserved orders. Should the Confirmation does not arrive within 1-2 days please contact the Congress Secretariat.
Payment Registration fee, accommodation cost and optional program fee should be paid to ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau in advance and by bank draft.

Invoicing The Congress Secretariat will prepare and send invoices on all recevied payments. The payments will be made out to the name given on the Registration Form. Please indicate your billing address in case it differs from the mailing address. Since invoices should not be changed afterwards, please consider your billing address at your applications. In case you can effect payment only against invoices issued in advance please call the Secretariat and it will be mailed to you.
Cancellation All cancellations must be made in writing and send to the ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau. If cancellation of registration and/or hotel reservation is received
before May 10, 2005, a handling fee of 20% will be levied to cover administration costs. Any money transfer charge will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds are possible after this deadline.
