Letters of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation
in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the Conference
should contact the Conference Secretariat. The invitation does not financially
obligate the Conference in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility
of the participant.

Registration fees, hotel deposit may also be paid by VISA,
Mastercard or American Express cards. Simply complete the
Credit Card Authorization Form and return it by fax or by normal
mail to the Conference Secretariat:

We request a faxed signature for authorization!
Official invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name
indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Conference Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued
invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.
Cancellations of registration should be submitted
to the Conference
Secretariat. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the
postmark date or the date stamp of fax or e-mail.
